Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare products are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed after product inspection

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
